Q: I am a seed corn and cotton supplier in South Texas I would like to Place a Bid for this proposal. I carry two corn seed brands Robseeco, LG Seeds. These Hybrids do really well in the Brazos Botton and parts of the El Campo Area. I would like to see if I could still bid with similar products in a different bag, or perhaps give you all some of my products to try.

A: Substitutes are allowed and will be considered, but specification sheet is required. You are welcome to provide samples for TDCJ to try and take into consideration for future procurements.
