About this file
This document is a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the San Jacinto Community College District (SJCCD) for strategic enrollment consulting services. SJCCD is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide these services, which include analyzing enrollment patterns, capacity, marketing, recruitment, tuition and financial aid, student success, organizational structure, and technology. The project will be completed in four phases - discovery, data analysis reporting, recommendations reporting, and implementation plan creation. Key deadlines include the proposal submission deadline of February 21, 2024 and the anticipated award recommendation and contract approval in April 2024. The contract term will be from the effective date through project completion.
The RFP outlines the evaluation criteria, which include qualifications and experience of the firm and personnel, scope understanding and approach, references, and pricing. SJCCD does not give preference to historically underutilized or small businesses, but the awarded contractor may be required to track and report payments to any subcontractors along with their supplier diversity classification. Pricing should be submitted as a not-to-exceed lump sum cost with a detailed breakdown by phase and position.
