About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 304T-24-370M1 issued by the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA), for sanitary cans with ends, and canning equipment maintenance. The main customer for these items is the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). The addendum provides a response to a question regarding the tin plating specification for the sanitary cans, stating that the requirement for 0.25 millimeters of prime quality electrolytic tin plating is a firm requirement that cannot be changed. The related state and local contract opportunity covers multiple jurisdictions in Texas, including Walker County and several areas within the City of Houston.

The pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, and other salient information are not provided in the given documents. The addendum focuses solely on clarifying the tin plating specification for the sanitary cans.
