About this file

This document is an Addendum 1 for Questions and Answers related to RFP #717-24-710 for Campus Bookstore Management Services issued by the Procurement Services department of Texas Southern University (TSU). The RFP is seeking proposals for the management of the campus bookstore. The addendum addresses questions from potential bidders regarding the availability of CAD drawings, historical sales data, and the university's interest in inclusive access and hybrid bookstore models. TSU indicated that while detailed drawings are not available, they are open to innovative solutions that address the RFP requirements and demonstrate a commitment to supporting Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The university also confirmed that Exhibit A is the required Execution of Offer form that must be signed and included with the proposal.

The addendum does not provide specific pricing terms, set-asides, or funding information. However, it notes that TSU has an enrollment of approximately 8,000 students, and the selected contractor will be responsible for managing the campus bookstore operations. The contract term and renewal options are not specified in the addendum.
