About this file
This document is an addendum to Solicitation No. 405-24R0003658 issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Procurement and Contract Services. The addendum provides answers to submitted questions related to the scope of work for an office refresh project in Gonzales, Texas. Key details include:
The project requires the installation of two new doors, with no requirement for the doors to be fire/smoke rated or have exit signs with emergency lighting. The addendum also confirms there is no asbestos identified and the metal door can be wooden, as the area is not for public access. The entire interior of the building must be inspected and any cosmetic issues repaired or refreshed, not just the lobby area.
