The District has elected to solicit requests for proposals under the requirements set forth by the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 2 Grants and Agreements, Part 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). Following these federal requirements will allow for federal funds entrusted to the District to be used to make purchases through an awarded District contract.
