About this file
This document is an addendum to an RFQ (Request for Qualifications) issued by the University of Houston System ("Owner") for Energy Policy Coordination services. The RFQ seeks qualified firms to provide expertise in monetizing tax incentives available to governmental entities through the 2005 Energy Policy Act regarding energy-efficient building property deductions. The Owner anticipates entering into a Continuing Service Agreement with multiple qualified Service Providers to provide services for projects of different sizes at any of the Owner's system campuses and instructional sites. Two providers are anticipated to be selected, and they will work independently on separate projects. The addendum addresses several questions related to the RFQ, including acceptable financial documentation, team member qualifications, and the number of required project examples.
The RFQ indicates that bid evaluations will be posted on the University of Houston's website for transparency. The contract opportunities cover multiple jurisdictions within Harris County and the City of Houston in Texas.
