GENERAL INFORMATION
1. SCOPE. The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Historical Commission (THC) seeks sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) to establish a contract from a qualified individual or firm for the creation of two reports, an antisemitism study and a survey on Holocaust Remembrance week for the Texas Holocaust, Genocide, and Antisemitism Advisory Commission (THGAAC) that will be presented to the Texas Legislature, including the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Speaker of the House of Representatives in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The THC seeks a firm with proven experience with creating comprehensive studies to research and write two reports, one on antisemitism and the second on Holocaust Remembrance Week implementation, which will be presented to the Texas

Texas Legislature
