About this file
This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 304T-24-675A2 issued by the Statewide Procurement Division (SPD), a division of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. The IFB is for the procurement of pesticides and surfactants, with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and Texas Department of Criminal Justice identified as the major customers. The Addendum provides updates to Attachment E - Requirements and Specifications, including changes to the active ingredients and packaging requirements for a specific liquid herbicide product. It also answers questions received, clarifying that adjuvants/surfactants are not required to be registered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).
The IFB is applicable to state and local government entities in Texas, including Collin County and the City of McKinney. Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by signing and returning it with their bid response. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
