The addendum provides answers to questions submitted by potential bidders, including clarification on the number of mowing visits required, the definition of "grass bed", and the pricing structure. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in the provided documentation. Pricing for the lawn maintenance services is to be submitted on Attachment A, and landscape and bed maintenance pricing is to be submitted on Attachment B.

11. Question: Is there a certain percentage of the total contract you guys are requiring that need to be HUB performed? We are not a HUB certified company but we do have HUB certified subcontractors. We would prefer to perform all of the work in house, but we understand that some contracts require subs.
Answer: It is the policy of LSCO to promote and encourage contracting and subcontracting opportunities for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) in all contracts. Accordingly, LSCO has adopted the TSUS Policy on Utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses. The Policy applies to all contracts with an expected value of $100,000 or more. If TSUS determines that subcontracting opportunities are probable, then a HUB Subcontracting Plan is a required element of the Proposals. Failure to submit a required HUB Subcontracting Plan will result in rejection of the Proposals.
LSCO has determined that subcontracting opportunities (HUB and/or Non-HUB) are probable under this RFP therefore a HUB Subcontracting Plan (“HSP”) is required as part of Proposer’s proposal. See RFP Attachment B: Subcontracting Plan
