About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers form related to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #2307-001 issued by Travis County Healthcare District d/b/a Central Health for Project Management Firms to provide services and staff augmentation support. Central Health is seeking qualifications from experienced firms to support its real estate development and construction management efforts. The RFQ does not have a minimum or maximum number of firms that will be selected for the prequalified list, and the contract term will depend on the scope of work requirements. Respondents must have a local office within Travis, Williamson, or Hays Counties to qualify. Central Health has begun implementing the Procore project management software and anticipates projects will fall within the 48-month eligibility duration of the prequalified list, but specific timelines and scopes are to be determined.
Regarding pricing, Central Health has indicated the total project management fees per project scope, including any revisions, are not expected to exceed $500,000 within the then-current fiscal year. The RFQ requires the completion of a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Form, even for self-performing respondents, although the specific details can be left blank if unknown at the time of the initial proposal. Central Health is open to joint venture partnerships for this engagement, and key personnel may be either full-time or part-time depending on the project needs.

Would Central Health consider determining, with each Task Order Solicitation, whether an HSP (HUB Subcontracting Plan) is required and, as such, requiring contractors to submit an HSP when responding to a specific Project Request for Quote?
A.19 The requirement stands. See A.18 Q.20 Should the Questions and Answers for this RFQ be delayed for any reason, would
