About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) for Telepsychiatry Platform and Services, referenced as RFP 739-SL3523125. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide telepsychiatry services for TTUHSC students, with an anticipated 200 referred patients per year. The services will be provided remotely, and the patient population is limited to Texas Tech University students aged 17 and older. TTUHSC is seeking a single vendor to provide both the telepsychiatry platform and services, with an ideal implementation date of January 2024.

Regarding pricing, TTUHSC will absorb the cost of these services for students, and they do not anticipate any compensatory contract clauses. The RFP does not have an incumbent provider, and TTUHSC is open to accepting a range of pricing options that best fit their intended use, as described in the Service Specifications. The RFP is a public solicitation open to all interested parties, and TTUHSC reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in their best interest.
