About this file

This document is an Addendum to an Open Enrollment issued by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) for Battering Intervention and Prevention Program (BIPP) Services. The Open Enrollment is seeking qualified applicants to provide BIPP services within the jurisdictions of Travis County and the City of Austin. The Addendum revises the BIPP provider qualifications, requiring providers to be either licensed professionals (LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT) or TDCJ-CJAD funded BIPP providers. Applicants must hold valid state licensure and TDCJ-CJAD accreditation at the time of application submission.

The Fee Schedule has also been updated to clarify that TDCJ-CJAD funded BIPP providers are included in the reimbursement rates for LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, and LPC. No other pricing or funding details are provided. The Open Enrollment is for an indefinite term, with no specific award date or contract duration mentioned.
