About this file
This document is an addendum to an open enrollment issued by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) on behalf of the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for In-State Adoption Services. The open enrollment is seeking qualified applicants to enter into contracts that ensure the safety, permanency, and well-being of children who cannot return to their families. The addendum includes revisions to the point of contact, home screening requirements, adoption competency training, and the deletion of two sections related to the Non-DFPS Adoptive Home Registration Form 2238.
The open enrollment is for statewide services, with the identified jurisdictions being Travis County and the City of Austin. No specific pricing terms, set-asides, funding requirements, or incumbent information is provided in the addendum. The open enrollment is an ongoing opportunity, and the addendum does not mention any specific response dates, due dates, award dates, or contract term.
