About this file

This document contains submission instructions and information for respondents to a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) solicitation for Ammunition Reloading Machines and Reloading Equipment. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, which requires prior registration and supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Respondents must upload, submit, and finalize their submissions before the posted due date, with the document strongly recommending at least one business day for file uploads to account for file size and internet speed variables. All questions and requests for additional information must be submitted through the electronic bid system by the specified deadline dates, and all amendments will be issued as public notices through the system; respondents are responsible for monitoring and obtaining any relevant amendments to the solicitation.

Submissions must be received and successfully processed before the advertised due date and time, after which all responses become final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted. Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses up until the deadline but bear sole responsibility for ensuring timely delivery of all documents. Upon completion of submission and receipt of a "Submission Complete" status from Euna Procurement, respondents are advised to verify their uploaded documents in their account, as no changes are permitted after the closure date. Technical support for the Bonfire platform is available through support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or the Euna Procurements Vendor Knowledgebase.
