About this file
This is a solicitation notification issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for the purchase of Monocalcium Phosphate. The document outlines submission procedures and procurement requirements for interested vendors. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with vendors required to register prior to submission. Respondents are advised to allow at least one business day for uploading potentially large files, and all submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date. The document emphasizes that all responses received by the due date and time are considered final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the deadline. Any requests for additional information or clarifications regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by specified dates, and all amendments will be issued via public notice through the same system, making it the respondent's responsibility to monitor for updates.
The solicitation does not provide specific pricing terms, quantities, contract duration, or award dates within this notification document. Vendors are directed to submit questions and requests for additional information through the electronic bid system, with technical support available from Euna Procurement. The primary contact for TDCJ procurement matters is Catherine Cain, CTCD, reachable at catherine.cain@tdcj.texas.gov. The document reinforces that vendors bear sole responsibility for ensuring successful submission of response documents before the advertised deadline, regardless of any technical challenges experienced.
