The document does not provide information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding amounts, or funding sources. Technical support for portal-related issues is available through Euna Procurement at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com. The TDCJ Procurement contact for questions related to the solicitation is Merary Obregon at merary.obregon-cervantes@tdcj.texas.gov. Respondents are advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential delays with large files and to verify successful submission by reviewing their account after receiving a "Submission Complete" status notification.
