About this file
This file contains submission instructions and procedural guidance from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for an Invitation for Bid (IFB-IW266324) related to Precision Wheel Alignment services. The solicitation requires all responses to be submitted electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Respondents must register on the portal, which is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with TDCJ recommending that vendors allocate at least one business day for file uploads to account for processing time and internet variability. Respondents may submit questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications through the electronic bid system by specified deadlines. All amendments to the solicitation will be issued via Public Notice through the electronic bid system, and it remains the respondent's responsibility to monitor and obtain any applicable amendments.
Submissions are final and conclusive upon receipt by TDCJ at the advertised due date and time; no amendments or corrections to proposals are permitted after the deadline. Respondents who wish to withdraw their response may do so and resubmit prior to the due date, but all responses received by the deadline are deemed irrevocable. The file emphasizes that vendors bear sole responsibility for ensuring their response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time. TDCJ recommends that respondents verify successful submission by reviewing their uploaded documents in their Euna Procurement account after receiving a "Submission Complete" notice, as no opportunity to modify documents will be available after the close date. Technical support for the Bonfire portal is available through support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
All responses must be SUCCESSFULLY submitted before the due date and time regardless of your organization's ability to submit responses online. It is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time.
