About this file

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) submission document for Special Education Counsel Services-Governing Board Support issued by a Texas state or local education agency. The RFQ seeks legal counsel services specializing in special education matters to provide advisory support to a governing board. The submission document indicates this is submission 10 as of October 7, 2026, suggesting multiple bidders are responding to this solicitation. While specific quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, and bidders' meetings are not detailed in the filename, the RFQ appears to be a formal competitive procurement process for specialized legal services in the special education domain.

The document serves as a bidder's submission package for this competitive solicitation. Specific pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractor information, contract term details, renewal options, and funding sources are not evident from the filename alone. Additional details regarding evaluation criteria, qualifications required, scope limitations, and any special conditions applicable to special education legal counsel services would be contained within the full submission documentation.
