About this file

This is a Solicitation Notification document issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) for a competitive procurement. The TDCJ is soliciting for the purchase of one disc through Invitation for Bid (IFB) number IW266254. All submissions must be submitted electronically via the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. Respondents are required to register on the portal, which supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Vendors should allow at least one business day for file uploads due to potential processing time constraints. All questions or requests for additional information must be submitted through the electronic bid system by specified deadlines. Amendments will be issued via public notice through the electronic bid system, and it is the respondent's responsibility to monitor for any updates. All responses submitted to TDCJ by the advertised due date and time are deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable, with no amendments or corrections permitted after the submission deadline.

The document provides contact information for procurement inquiries, with Carolyn Dahlen, CTCD, serving as the primary TDCJ Procurement Contact (Carolyn.dahlen@tdcj.texas.gov). Vendors are advised to verify successful submission by confirming a "Submission Complete" status from Euna Procurement and reviewing uploaded documents before the close date, as modifications are not permitted after the deadline. Technical support for the Bonfire portal is available through support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase. The solicitation emphasizes that respondents bear sole responsibility for ensuring documents are successfully submitted before the due date and time, regardless of any organizational constraints related to online submission capabilities. No pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, or funding sources are specified in this notification document.
