About this file
This document contains submission instructions and information for respondents to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) procurement solicitation for Steel Leg Irons. All submissions must be made electronically through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com, with respondents required to register prior to submission. The portal supports Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox browsers with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Vendors should allow at least one business day for file uploads, particularly for large files, to ensure timely submission before the advertised due date. Any requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. All amendments will be issued via public notice through the electronic bid system, and respondents are responsible for monitoring and obtaining applicable amendments.
Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the advertised due date and time; however, all responses received by TDCJ at the deadline become final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments permitted after the submission deadline. Once submission is marked complete by the Euna Procurement system, respondents should verify that correct content has been uploaded, as no changes can be made after the close date. Technical assistance is available through support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the Euna Procurements Vendor Knowledgebase. Respondents bear sole responsibility for ensuring that all response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time.
