About this file
This is a Texas Family Code Schedule document for Solicitation No. 601440000053661 issued by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for snowplows for the Fleet Operations Division. The schedule serves as a certification document rather than a traditional procurement specification. Respondents must complete the form to acknowledge their eligibility to receive state grants, loans, or contract payments under Texas Family Code Section 231.006, which addresses child support obligations. The document requires submission of names and Social Security numbers for all individuals or business entities holding at least twenty-five percent ownership interest in the responding organization. The schedule must be signed and returned with the response, and failure to do so may result in the response being deemed non-responsive.
The document emphasizes compliance with child support obligation requirements and warns that contracts may be terminated and payments withheld if certification information is inaccurate. Respondents have the option to indicate that the schedule is not applicable if they do not meet the ownership criteria outlined in Texas Family Code Section 231.006. The Federal Privacy Act notice clarifies that disclosure of Social Security numbers is mandatory under state law and that such information will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. The schedule does not contain specific pricing information, timeline details, or technical specifications for the snowplows, serving instead as a mandatory administrative compliance document that must accompany all bid submissions.
