About this file

This is a Master Order agreement for general items and services or installation, dated October 22, 2025, applicable to state and local procurement in Texas. The document establishes a framework for ordering various general items and services with flexible delivery and installation options. The master order structure allows for multiple line items and service categories to be called upon as needed throughout the contract period, with specific quantities and specifications to be determined through individual purchase orders issued under this master agreement. The contract term and any renewal options are to be established through individual task orders or blanket purchase orders issued by the contracting agency.

The pricing structure under this master order is based on unit pricing or fixed pricing for specified line items, with terms and conditions to be negotiated for each specific order placed. This framework agreement may include set-aside provisions for small businesses or minority-owned enterprises as applicable under Texas procurement regulations. The master order serves as a pre-negotiated vehicle to streamline the procurement process for anticipated general items and services, reducing the need for repetitive competitive bidding while maintaining cost efficiency and vendor accountability throughout the contract period.
