Award will be made to a single vendor on an all-or-none basis using best value criteria that consider purchase price, vendor reputation, quality, ability to meet specifications, equipment availability and adaptability, warranty terms, and total long-term costs. Texas A&M reserves the right to reject all bids, accept or reject any bids, and make final determinations regarding the product or service that best meets institutional needs.
