EVALUATION CRITERIA AND PROCEDURE
Proposals may be evaluated by an Evaluation Committee comprised of key Cleburne ISD personnel in order to fairly evaluate all qualified proposals. In determining to whom to award a contract and per the Texas Education Code

Proposals will be evaluated on whether all proposed equipment meets the specifications.
3. Warranty Work, 10 Points Offeror must include warranty information for all equipment and work related to this project.
4. Project Experience, 10 Points Provide a list of the last five projects completed by your Organization and any other projects of similar size, type and complexity to this particular project;

By submitting a Proposal in response to this package, the Offeror accepts the methodology and evaluation process and acknowledges and accepts that determination of the "best value" will require subjective judgments by the Owner, based upon the information responsive to the Evaluation Criteria and Weight/Points value as published with this package.
All responses in the Proposal may be used to help the Owner select a contractor based on these criteria. The District reserves the right to verify the accuracy and completeness of all responses by utilizing any information available to the District without regard to whether such information appears in the proposal. By its submission, the Offeror authorizes the Owner to contact any firm, institution, or person to obtain information about the Offeror's firm, its services, and any other information as to the submission by Offeror.
In submitting its proposal, the Offeror agrees and understands that the Owner shall not be obligated to award a contract for this Project strictly on the basis of the lowest monetary offer proposed.
BID AWARD
Although the District intends to award this contract to one vendor, Cleburne ISD reserves the right to award one or more contracts, in part or in whole, to a single or to multiple prospective vendors. The decision to award multiple contracts, award only one contract, or to make no awards rests solely with Cleburne ISD.
Cleburne may award a contract on the basis of proposals received, without discussions. Therefore, each proposal should contain the proposer’s best terms from a financial and technical standpoint. The District may negotiate with one or more proposer; and no proposer shall have any rights against the District arising from such negotiations or any invitation to negotiate. It is the intent of this RFCSP that should a given proposal be accepted, it will automatically become part of a binding contract.
