About this file
This is a notice letter from the City of Liberty Hill, Texas, informing vendors of the municipality's transition to the Bonfire e-procurement system for solicitation posting, updates, and submission of responses. The letter directs all interested parties to access the City's Bonfire portal at https://libertyhilltx.bonfirehub.com/ for solicitation documents and to submit their proposals through the same platform. The City emphasizes that vendors are responsible for regularly monitoring the Bonfire website for any updates, addenda, or additional information related to solicitations prior to submitting their responses, and failure to do so will not relieve the selected vendor from compliance with any changes or additional requirements that may result in increased costs.
The letter clarifies that the City of Liberty Hill will not assume responsibility for communications beyond website updates and will not provide alternative notification methods to vendors. This notification serves as the formal announcement of the City's shift to the Bonfire e-procurement system and establishes the vendor's obligation to maintain awareness of all solicitation modifications during the bidding process. The letter is signed by Kelly Wenzel, Procurement Administrator for the City of Liberty Hill.
