No costs incurred in RFI response preparation will be reimbursed by TXDPS. Respondents must provide company information, contact details, and acknowledge that all submissions become TXDPS property and will not be returned. Vendor staff must be capable of passing requisite background checks to access DPS data for server or cloud-based installation and maintenance. The agency is open to either having vendor-provided ongoing support or training DPS staff to manage the software internally; alternatively, DPS would consider paying an annual fee for vendor-managed updates if internal management is not feasible. This RFI is subject to change and does not represent authorization to incur reimbursable costs.

mailto:vittorio.garcia@dps.texas.gov

• DPS may even consider the vendor updating the information in the software for an annual fee if they don’t allow DPS to make edits.
