About this file
This document comprises submission instructions issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for respondents to a state procurement solicitation. The file outlines the procedural requirements for submitting responses through the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal at https://tdcj.bonfirehub.com. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized before the posted due date, with respondents strongly advised to allow at least one business day for file uploads given potential delays related to file size and internet speed. Respondents must register on the portal, which operates through Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Questions or requests for additional information regarding solicitation specifications must be submitted through the electronic bid system by dates specified in the solicitation. All amendments will be issued via public notice through the electronic system, and respondents are responsible for monitoring the system regularly to obtain any amendments pertaining to the solicitation.
Respondents may withdraw and resubmit responses at any time prior to the advertised due date and time; however, all responses received by TDCJ at the deadline shall be deemed final, conclusive, and irrevocable with no amendments or corrections permitted thereafter. The document emphasizes that respondents bear sole responsibility for ensuring that response documents successfully arrive before the due date and time, regardless of any technical difficulties encountered by the organization. Upon receipt of a "Submission Complete" notice from Euna Procurement, respondents are advised to re-access their accounts to verify that correct content has been submitted. Technical support is available through email at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com or via the Euna Procurement Vendor Knowledgebase.

Submission
It is recommended that once you have completed your final submission and received a notice status of “Submission Complete” from Euna Procurement, you access your account again and review the documents to verify that the correct content has been provided. Once the close date has passed, you will not have an opportunity to change any of the submitted documents.
