About this file
This is an E-Bid Instructions document issued by the Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative (MRPC) for the RFP #2026-05 Ice Cream Novelties Solicitation in Texas. The solicitation is conducted entirely through the Bonfire/Euna E-bid online platform, with no physical submissions accepted. All solicitation documents, forms, pricing bid tables, and reference materials are available for download within the Bonfire system. Vendors must register for a free Bonfire account to access the opportunity and submit proposals. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the platform by the stated deadline, with incomplete submissions potentially subject to disqualification and retention as public records.
The instructions establish specific procedural requirements for bid submission and vendor communication. Vendors must download and complete required documents from the "Requested Documents" section, with each submission slot designated for specific file formats such as PDF or Excel. The platform includes a "Vendor Discussions" section for submitting questions, with answers shared across all participating vendors via email. Digital signatures are permitted on all required forms using Adobe Fillable Forms with no notarization requirement. Technical support is available through Bonfire's built-in help library and chat function, as well as through the Purchaser. Faxed, emailed, or mailed bids will not be accepted, and vendors assume all risk for missed deadlines. The Purchaser will download all proposals received by the closing deadline from the Bonfire program shortly thereafter.
