About this file

This is an Execution of Bid form for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) related to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 601440000050946. The document serves as the formal certification and authorization form that respondents must complete and submit as part of their bid response. The form requires the respondent to certify the accuracy and completeness of all submitted information, confirm authorization of the signatory to bind the company to any resulting contract, and provide company identification details including name, address, contact information, and Employer Identification Number (EIN). The form must be returned with the bid response; failure to do so will result in the response being deemed non-responsive.

The document contains multiple statutory certifications and compliance representations required by Texas law, including affirmations that the respondent has not engaged in anti-competitive practices, qualifies as a Texas resident bidder if claiming a Texas address, and has not employed former state agency executives with conflicts of interest. Respondents must also certify compliance with federal terrorism financing restrictions and confirm they are not debarred or suspended from federal procurement. The form includes provisions for alternative payment arrangements if invoicing or payment will be made to an entity different from the responding vendor, as well as a preferences section allowing respondents to claim eligibility for various Texas procurement preferences related to in-state production, agricultural products, disabled veteran businesses, air quality standards, recycled materials, and energy efficiency.
