This is a product specifications document for the HHS0017006 Moment Sofa, a furniture item for a state or local health and human services procurement opportunity. The specification outlines a residential-style sofa with contract-grade durability designed for shelters, group homes, and supportive housing facilities. The Moment Sofa measures 80 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 33 inches high, with a seat width of 66 inches, seat depth of 21 inches, and seat height of 19 inches. The arm height is 24 inches and the unit weighs 122 pounds. The sofa includes a standard moisture barrier to protect cushions from spills and features fully renewable components, allowing for easy removal and replacement of fabric and other parts. The item number is 57113, and the specified finish selections include Grade C Fabric, Maple Wood, and no welt cord.

The Moment Sofa comes with a 25-year warranty and is constructed as an entirely renewable product designed to reduce lifecycle costs. The collection includes welt cord on all products as a standard feature, though this option is noted as not needed for this procurement. The specifications indicate this is a contract furniture solution intended for institutional use in supportive housing environments where durability and cost-effectiveness over the product's lifespan are primary considerations.
