Trust Company manages approximately $167 billion in funds for approximately forty (40) State of Texas (State) and local governmental clients. Due to the nature of the relationship between Trust Company and Comptroller and for the avoidance of doubt, references to “Comptroller” within this RFP may include functions, duties, and responsibilities of “Trust Company”, and references to “Trust Company” may include functions, duties, and responsibilities of “Comptroller.”
