The quantity requested is 12 months with a unit of 1 month, and bids are due August 19, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central time to be submitted to Barbara Martin at Contracts@tdi.texas.gov.
TDI acknowledges that the requested items may be proprietary to one vendor under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code, though they encourage offers from all qualified respondents. Vendors must provide unit pricing, extensions, and total costs, with pricing required to remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. A complete response must include the completed IFB with proposed pricing, an authorized reseller letter if applicable, and any additional manufacturer or software publisher documents requiring customer signature authority.
