The contract requires the vendor to provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and labor to comply with contract requirements. Invoicing will be done monthly, with line items specified in a particular order. All laboratories must be accredited by the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (NELAP), and failure to maintain accreditation can result in contract termination. The contract emphasizes strict adherence to Texas Administrative Code requirements for sampling, testing, and reporting methodologies.
