About this file

This document is an Owner-Contractor Agreement between the Texas Military Department (OWNER) and an unspecified contractor (CONTRACTOR) for an unnamed public works project. The contract appears to be a standard template with placeholder information, featuring a $0.00 contract amount and no specific project details. The agreement outlines the comprehensive contract documents, including the Request for Proposal, Contractor's Proposal, Contract Award, Uniform General and Supplemental General Conditions, HUB Subcontracting Plan, Drawings/Plans, Specifications, Statement of Work, and Prevailing Wage Schedule.

The contract establishes a hierarchical priority for resolving document conflicts and includes provisions for potential changes, builder's risk insurance, and State Auditor's Office audit rights. Payment will be made by warrants from the Comptroller of Public Accounts, with the contract effective from the date of last execution and set to terminate on an unspecified date unless extended by amendment. The venue for any contract-related legal disputes is fixed in Travis County, Texas. The document is signed by Brian Stevens, Deputy Director of the Construction and Facilities Management Office for the Texas Military Department, with space for the contractor's signature and execution date.
