About this file

This is a Price Sheet for Bottled Water Delivery issued by the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), covering emergency and non-emergency water delivery across eight state disaster regions. The document provides a comprehensive pricing structure for bottled water truckload deliveries during disaster response scenarios, with options for 24-bottle and 32-bottle case configurations, as well as additional optional case configurations. The pricing sheets are designed for emergency delivery within 12-24 hours and non-emergency delivery within 3-5 days, using semi-tractor trucks with 53' dry van trailers and standard 16.9-ounce bottled water.

The pricing structure includes detailed line items for truckload quantities ranging from 1-50 trucks, with vendors required to provide pricing for delivery fees, trailer delivery/daily detainment fees, and trailer pick-up fees. The document mandates that bidders enter pricing for all options, with $0.00 entries for no-cost options and "No Bid" for unavailable services. Vendors must indicate which of the eight Texas disaster regions they can service, which span all 254 counties and are categorized by geographic clusters. Failure to complete pricing information correctly or tampering with the original price sheet format may result in bid disqualification.
