About this file

This is a price sheet for bottled water emergency and non-emergency delivery prepared for the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM), detailing a state-level contract opportunity for water distribution across Texas disaster regions. The document provides pricing tables for truckload deliveries of bottled water during emergency (12-24 hour) and non-emergency (3-5 day) response scenarios, with options for different case configurations including 24 and 32 bottles per case. The pricing structure covers delivery across eight distinct Texas disaster regions, which comprehensively include all 254 counties in the state, with vendors required to specify which regions they can service.

The price sheet includes detailed pricing requirements for semi-tractor trailers with 53' dry van trailers, specifying line items for truckload quantities ranging from 1-50 trucks, with separate tables for emergency and non-emergency pricing. Vendors must enter precise pricing for each line item, with specific instructions that blank cells or improper entries may result in bid disqualification. The document emphasizes flexibility by allowing bidders to provide pricing for multiple bottle-per-case configurations and requires vendors to enter delivery fees, trailer delivery/detainment fees, and trailer pick-up fees for each quantity tier, ensuring comprehensive cost transparency for potential emergency water distribution scenarios.
