About this file
This document is an instruction manual for responding to a bid through Oracle Cloud, specifically for Texas Woman's University (TWU) procurement opportunities. The document provides step-by-step guidance for vendors to locate, access, and submit bids through the TWU Supplier Portal, with two primary methods of finding solicitations: the TWU Purchasing website or the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website. Vendors must first register on the TWU Supplier Portal, sign in, navigate to active negotiations, view bid documents, and follow specific submission requirements.
The bidding process involves several key steps, including reviewing bid documents, submitting questions to TWUbids@twu.edu within a specified timeframe, and carefully uploading all required response documents. Critical warnings include that failure to upload bid response documents will result in disqualification. After the bidding closes, a Selection Committee will review submissions and make recommendations based on provided criteria. Bidders will receive notification of either a Bid Award or Bid Rejection, with awarded bidders being contacted directly for further instructions.
