Scope of Work

The Mustang Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility is located at 3650 Trammel Fresno Road, Missouri City, TX 77489. The facility has an existing 6-foot chain link (cyclone) fence with three strands of barbed wire across the top on all sides. This project is designed to provide a visual barrier to those utilizing trails and adjacent housing and to remove the barbed wire.

The existing fence is to be replaced on the north and east property lines with an 8-foot-tall cedar fence. The east fence property line is approximately 860 linear feet and the north fence is approximately 230 linear feet with a walkthrough gate. (See Exhibit C.)

The fence will need to make clean connections to the existing fence that makes up the south and west sides of the property as that fence is not being replaced.

The fence is to be built using materials and instructions according to the attached specification, CEDAR FENCE. Construction must provide for a temporary fence to be provided between the time of demolition and installation of the new fence. Temporary fencing will be of materials as determined by the selected firm to provide protection of the public and the facility.
