About this file

This is an Addendum (A-01) issued by the Texas Military Department for solicitation TMD25-FMO-0037987, effective February 12, 2025, related to the Lubbock AFRC Fuel Site Repair Project. The addendum clarifies the scope of work through a Q&A format, confirming requirements for several components including a new overfill protection valve, submersible pump, aboveground steel piping, remote fill box, AST external power wash with new decals, and fire protection and check valve installation on the fill line.

The addendum provides additional technical specifications, including the requirement for tank entry interior inspections to assess repairability, placement of a new electrical panel at least 25 feet from the fuel tank, installation of new conduit due to wear on existing infrastructure, double wall underground fiberglass piping installation to replace 1994 piping, and inclusion of under-dispenser sump and transition sump at the tank. The document emphasizes that bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum prior to the bid submission deadline, with failure to do so potentially resulting in bid rejection.
