The RFP outlines the minimum requirements for vendors, including a Bachelor's degree, teaching certification, and three years of teaching experience, as well as the proposal evaluation criteria, which include purchase price, quality of vendor's goods and services, alignment with the District's needs, vendor reputation, and past relationship with the District.
The RFP provides detailed instructions for vendors to submit their proposals electronically through the District's e-Sourcing system, including required documents such as a business owner's resume, a summary of the vendor's experience and reputation, and a price list for any additional related products and services. The District will evaluate the proposals in two phases, with the first phase focused on the written proposals and the second phase potentially involving on-site or remote interviews and negotiations with selected vendors.
