About this file

This document is the CPA's Official Responses to Questions from Potential Respondents for RFO No. 304-25-1299KW for Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Test Automation and DevOps Software License and Related Services. The CPA has a continuing need for IDE and DevOps software applications, as the existing contract for these applications will soon expire. The CPA is seeking to obtain the best value services, and respondents are encouraged to offer the best pricing. The CPA is interested in automated tests, test recording, reports, test scripts, and CLI mode for executing automation tests. The licensed software should be able to import Katalon test scripts, with regression test automation scripts ranging from hundreds to thousands. The CPA uses 20 developers to create and maintain the automated scripts. The implementation of the new solution is desired to be completed prior to the expiration of the existing contract term on November 27, 2024.

Regarding pricing, the CPA has not established a specific budget, but respondents are expected to offer the best pricing. The incumbent vendor is Acachi LLC providing Katalon products and services, and there are no current challenges. The CPA will accept only one offer per respondent, and the optional features, products, or services will not be considered in the evaluation under the best value standard.
