About this file
This document is a memorandum from Brody Ballard, the Coordinator of Legal Services at Integral Care, responding to questions regarding their September 18, 2024 Request for Proposals (RFP) for Peer Support Specialists. The RFP is a solicitation for personnel services, not a facility requirement. Integral Care anticipates awarding a single non-exclusive three-year contract commencing on approximately December 1, 2024. The RFP does not include cooperative purchasing language or terms for buyout if Integral Care wishes to hire a temporary employee. Contractors are not allowed to add labor categories to this opportunity, but they can submit financials separately due to confidentiality concerns and include additional benefits they offer even if not requested.
The related state and local contract opportunity is being solicited by Integral Care in the state of Texas, specifically in Travis County. Historically Underutilized Businesses, including Minority-Owned Businesses and Women-Owned Businesses, are encouraged to apply. The deadline to submit a proposal is 5:00 P.M. CST on October 17, 2024.
