About this file

The document is an attachment for the South Texas Development Council (STDC) solicitation, which is a suspension and debarment certification. The document states that federal law prohibits non-federal entities from contracting with or making sub-awards to parties that are suspended or debarred. STDC does not do business with suspended or debarred parties, and firms receiving individual awards and all sub-recipients must certify that their organization and its principals are not suspended or debarred by a federal agency. The firm must sign and date the certification before an award can be made.

The document does not provide details about the specific products or services requested, project overviews, response dates, award dates, or contract term. It solely focuses on the suspension and debarment certification requirement for the solicitation.
