About this file
The document is an Exhibit I Sample Pool Report related to a Mortgage Warehouse Facility Provider contract opportunity for the state of Texas. The scope of this engagement is limited to the warehousing of Certificates, and the Warehouse Provider will have no responsibility with respect to the pricing, hedging, origination, sale, servicing, or purchase of mortgage loans. The report provides details on three mortgage-backed security pools, including the pool number, CUSIP, coupon, factor, original face amount, current face amount, and pricing methodology. The pricing methodology indicates that prices are based on the Bloomberg TBA applicable screen and that off-market coupons are priced at the interpolated mid less 1/8.
The pricing information and specific pool details suggest this is a contract opportunity for a provider of mortgage warehousing services, likely to support a state-level mortgage finance program or initiative. The contract term and any renewal options are not explicitly stated in the provided information.
