ADDENDUM

Addendum Number: 01 Date: September 4, 2024 Solicitation Number: 802-25-48358 Solicitation Title: Closed Captioning Services Due Date/Deadline: September 10, 2024, 2:00 PM CST Purchaser: Jennifer Robinson

PURPOSE OF ADDENDUM: QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS AND BID DUE DATE EXTENSION

Except as provided herein, all Terms and Conditions of the document referenced herein, remain unchanged and in full force and effect. The following are specifications to this solicitation. This Addendum may be attached to and form a part of the referenced solicitation document and any resulting awarded contract and may be considered in your response.

Bid Due Date Extension From: September 5, 2024, 2:00 p.m. CST To: September 10, 2024, 2:00 p.m. CST

Questions and Answers Question: Can we get some clarity on what the deliverables are for items 1, 3, and 4? The deliverables for items 2 and 5 are listed later in the document, but it's not clear to me what deliverables are being requested for item 1 (which seems identical to 2), item 3 (presumably files and perhaps MP4 video, but again it's not clear to me), and item 4 (again, probably files and MP4 video, but not specified).

Item 1. Closed Captioning creation and Quality Control for the TPWD TV Show, twenty-six minutes, thirty seconds (26:30) program: This refers to TV show files to be delivered to Contractor-provided PEG Channel download Website. Deliverables include the MPEG2 Data files as specified in 2.c.ii and 2.c.iii and 4c. These are different than the deliverables in Item 2, which refer to TV show files to be delivered to NETA (MXF files as specified in 2.c.i and 4.b.)

Item 3. File creation, closed captioning, and duplication for video streaming of TPWD TV Show segments (approximate quantity): This refers to individual TV show segment files delivered to TPWD as outlined in 2.d.i.

We need files for both full episodes, as well as individual segments that appear within the full episode. The deliverables would be the exports and data files for those individual segments as outlined in 2.d.i. Both .mp4 or .mov are acceptable. We have export presets we can share. We will specify which individual segments we need as we deliver each episode to the contractor, but the approximate quantity is 78 segments for an entire season.

Item 4. File creation, closed captioning, and duplication for video streaming of TV Shows: This refers to TV show files delivered to KAMU for PBS Online. Deliverables include an .mp4 digital video file, caption files, and stills as specified in 2.d.ii.

Respondents are to acknowledge receipt of the Addendum and return a signed copy with proposal submission.

I acknowledge receipt of the Addendum.
