About this file
This document is an Addendum to the IFB (Invitation for Bid) Solicitation Number HHS0015326 issued by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for the renewal of its Component Based Development (CBD) Suite of Products and Configuration Management (CFG) software. The addendum provides responses to vendor-submitted questions related to the scope of work, which indicates that the current CBD software systems are Compass 21 (C21) and CMS, which utilize reusable components and external action blocks stored in the Tandem Archives. The addendum also states that the current CAGen Suite of Software (CAGen, GuardIEn, AccessGen, Report Composer, and the CFG Impact Analysis Tool) supports the C21 and CMS CBD designed systems.
The addendum does not provide any additional details regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding requirements, or other salient information. The focus is solely on clarifying the existing CBD software systems and the supporting CAGen Suite of Software.
