The amendment provides clarification that TDCJ will accept TAMO 411 oat seed as well as other generations of oat seeds such as registered or certified seeds, in addition to the previously specified foundation TAMO oat seed. The bid opening date is June 27, 2022, at 3:00 PM. The contract opportunity involves multiple jurisdictions within Texas, including Upton County and several areas within the city of Houston.

The bid solicitation does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient commercial information. The focus of the document is on the specific types of oat seeds that will be accepted by TDCJ for this procurement.
