This document is a disclaimer for the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) for the State of Texas. The ESBD is the online portal used by the State of Texas to advertise and provide information about solicitations for goods and services. The disclaimer states that the ESBD is provided for informational purposes only, and that the official solicitation documents, including any addenda, take precedence over the information on the ESBD. It also disclaims any liability for errors or omissions on the ESBD.

The document does not contain any information about a specific contract opportunity, such as a scope of work, project description, quantities, response dates, or contract term. It is solely a disclaimer for the ESBD portal used by the State of Texas.
