About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State Preservation Board (SPB) for the Bullock Texas State History Museum (TSHM) seeking bids for the provision and installation of various museum graphics including large vinyl graphics, acrylic didactic panels, direct printing to acrylic and rigid substrates, contour cut vinyl lettering, and dimensional lettering. The project overview indicates the graphics are required for exhibitions, wayfinding, and interior/exterior marketing and promotional signage on an as-needed basis. Bidders must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to meet the high quality standards specified, with failure to do so potentially resulting in termination of the purchase order. Pricing is requested on a per square foot basis for each production type, which must include any delivery and installation costs. The selected vendor must consistently produce quality work within a 7-business day turnaround time, with any deviations requiring advance approval. Installation will utilize vendor-provided ladders, with lifts or other equipment being additional costs reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
